Q. What is this CPF Web Link-up Service ?

A. This is a FREE service provided by OCBC Internet Banking to allow you to submit your CPF statements on-line to us.

Q. How can it help me ?

A.
This service allows you as an applicant to submit your CPF statements (Income documents) on-line, which is more convenient, safer and faster than mailing via post.

Q. Do I need to be an OCBC customer ?

A.
No. This is a service open to anyone who has a CPF account and SingPass.

Q. How can I apply for a SingPass ?

A.
You can get your SingPass on the spot by visiting the following locations with your NRIC or Passport in person.

Community Developmenet Councils

15 selected Community Clubs/Centres

Alternatively, you can get your SingPass through SingPass Online Request or by visiting any Singapore Post Offices with your NRIC or passport in person.

Note: For Employment and Dependant PAss Holders, please bring your Foreign Identification Card and Passport with you when you visit the above-mentioned SingPass Counter Locations.

Q. How does it work ?

A.
Just click onto the CPF icon. Key in your relevant information, the product in which you are submitting for and your SingPass to view the statement that you are submitting. Proceed to click the authorise button and your CPF statement will be picked up by us at OCBC.com.

Q. If my monthly income is above $5,500, will it be reflected in my CPF statement ?

A.
No, as the monthly contributions are subject to a maximum of S$715 for the employer and S$1,100 for the employee, based on a salary ceiling of S$5,500 a month, beyond which no CPF is payable.

Q. Should I furnish CPF my E-mail address for notification ?

A.
This option is open should you require a confirmation that your authorisation has been processed.We would advise you to provide your email address to receive a confirmation via email.

Q. What should l do after I have authorised the release for an application ?

A.
Please proceed to mail your application forms with your authorised signature so that we can process your application approval as soon as possible. You can expect your confirmation letter within 2 weeks.

Q. What should l do after I have authorised the update of my credit limit ?

A.
Absolutely nothing, just sit back and we will do the rest. You will receive our letter of confirmation within 2 working days.

Q. How safe is this ?

A.
All your CPF details transferred to us are under secured sites with 128 bit encryption which ensures maximum confidentiality of your documents.
